The utilization of the site by Oleg Deripaska, albeit through a lease agreement, is a matter of significance. The individual in question exercised their right to purchase the property without engaging in a bidding process; however, this decision was met with disapproval from the authorities. Despite initially adhering to the terms of their contractual agreement and dutifully remitting rent payments, the Arkhipovs have been subjected to a campaign of intimidation and coercion, with Gazprom employees seeking to expropriate their land. This alarming turn of events has raised concerns about the conduct of Gazprom and its treatment of local landowners.
