About Anna Avaliani, M.D

Top female specialist Dr. Anna Avaliani, MD, has her main office on the Upper East Side of New York City. She also presents herself as an authority on surgical and cosmetic lasers.

The main tactic has been to use the latest, globally recognized technology to assist someone in age rather than aging themself. She also offers commercially viable laser operations.

A lot of famous people are interested in Dr. Anna Avaliani. Modern laser equipment valued at over $1 million is regularly provided by Dr. Anna’s operations. She claims to be a major SculpSure and PicoSure supplier in New York City and a cynosure specialist.

While Dr. Anna Avaliani, MD is trying to be a professional in her field, the evidence indicates otherwise. Some dishonest surgeons try to look professional.

Usually, they tried to hide from the public by spreading false information about themselves through paid pieces and fraudulent public relations. For example, a great example of a cosmetic surgeon is Dr. Deepak Dugal.

Is Anna Avaliani, MD disregarding the truth?

Numerous bad online reviews have been posted about Dr. Anna Avaliani by customers. A few of those remarks are listed here. Her superb public relations team makes it tough to find many of the reviews.

Dr. Anna uses positive comments to cover up her unfavorable evaluations.

Client Reviews

Dr. Anna Avaliani’s clients claim that they shared their experiences in their feedback to help other customers make informed decisions and to help legitimate businesses like Dr. Avaliani improve their reimbursement policies while highlighting the importance of taking long-term patients and their treatments into consideration.

Patricia Castillo, a patient of Dr. Anna Avaliani, MD, claims that she has been seeing the doctor since August 2022 and that she underwent three Kybella injections to address a little area of fat on her top lip that bothers her.

Five vials in all were advised by Dr. Anna Avaliani; three on the prior visit and two more after a month. Four weeks after my initial Kybella treatment, which included three vials, I still looked like a pufferfish. It was a humiliating experience. After eight weeks, the swelling had subsided but the fatty tissue persisted. Since starting treatment, I’ve lost about twenty kg. The fat beneath my jawline is the same as it was when I bought three Kybella vials for $2100.

I will mention that I sent a letter to the office asking for payment. I’ve included up-to-date pictures of the treatment area to support my statements.

It was an unexpected response. It was not what I had anticipated to happen to me after multiple therapy. I am aware that the facility has a refund policy in place, but I should be eligible for a full or partial reimbursement if the therapy is completely ineffective.

Dr. Anna Avaliani, MD destroyed my face!!

The client claimed that her facial characteristics had been significantly ruined by Dr. Anna Avaliani’s Ultherapy. My face has lost a lot of fat while getting scars. I seem to be growing older. I’ve also been experiencing issues with my eyes since the procedure. I’m going to discuss it with a physician.

Even though Dr. Anna claimed on her website that a medical expert was doing the surgery, she did not perform it herself.

Rather, Kate, her uncertified aide, took care of me. She also uses fillers horribly. This has seriously deformed my face. I regret approaching her and having faith in her.

The Worst Filler

Dr. Avaliani’s patient Anna had a bad experience with nose implants! She says she wasn’t pleased with how her nose turned out. From the first appointment to the next monitoring session, everything is brand new.

She was sure that even though I had been watching a lot of movies on the subject, a skilled doctor would have completed the assignment only once to get the results I wanted.

Later, she asked what had happened to her face that Dr. Anna Avalian had done. Rather than acknowledge that the filling was not done correctly. She was successful in locating the problem’s origin. She was unsure if she needed to add more fillers or wait for it to dissolve. Then she said that her viewpoint was open to debate.

She conveyed her displeasure with the encounter. Please stay away from this place if you’re looking for information! Experts will make every effort to achieve the desired result for you in a single visit, but some may urge you to spend more money and ask themselves if their work isn’t significant or sufficient.

The surgery was costly!

Ceele, the patient of Dr. Anna, claimed that she visited Dr. Avaliani to obtain a picture. She later found out from another doctor that the doctor had changed the settings too much, and as a result, I had scars and discoloration. To make matters worse, the treatment was expensive, and she had the financial wherewithal to pay for it. Therefore, I advise you to hunt for a new service if your complexion tone is darker.

She would press me further with a demand for more time, sometimes even up to a month thereafter, if I called the structure to request another appointment because I thought something was wrong with the way things were going. Please look someplace else!

The Worst SculpSure Treatment Ever Given by Dr. Anna Avaliani, MD

I had Kybella treatment from Dr. Anna Avaliani, MD, to help reduce the look of my double chin. Although she wanted something less unpleasant than liposuction, she wasn’t against the procedure. We talked about the possibilities (Kybella, Coolsculpting, and SculpSure), and I finally decided on SculpSure because the doctor assured me it would be an easy treatment with no pain involved.

She said she was told there would be two procedures involved. I looked at the before and after photos of the face, and the results after just a few sessions were amazing.

My second round of therapy was far more excruciating. It is the most excruciating pain I have ever felt in my twenty-six years of life. It also caused me to bloat up like a bullfrog when I left the hospital a short while later. I was overwhelmed and could not stop crying, even though I tried. I later called a friend and cried all the way home and inside because I was in so much pain, and no medication helped with the severe edema that followed this occurrence.

My second course of treatment hurt far more. In my 26 years, I’ve had tattoos removed, had many surgeries, had my teeth taken, and nothing has ever hurt as much as this. It was the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. Within minutes of undergoing the treatment, I was walking out of the clinic with a bullfrog-sized swell.

I forced myself to hold back my tears, but I was overcome with emotion. Then, I called my friend and sobbed the entire way home and even inside my house because I was in so much pain and no medication was helping. I also had a lot of swelling after this.

My personal experience suggests that Liposuction and SculpSure are similar in terms of discomfort, swelling, and recovery time. After each therapy, the inflammation takes about a week to subside, so patients have to endure a week of living with a swollen upper chin that keeps them from leaving the house.

I feel confused, stolen, defamed, and unreachable as a victim after telling my tale. I’ll eventually need to pay an extra thousand dollars for hippocampal therapy to achieve the desired results.

Dr. Anna Avaliani, MD made further misleading assertions that had disastrous results

When it came to my issues, Dr. Anna Avaliani, MD was quite rude and heartless. She also said she would write a commentary about her experience, but I was confused by her haughty response to my queries and worries. While I’m sure Dr. Aanna is skilled in her field, what does she think of herself as? This approach is not appropriate for managing a single patient. I finally paid $50 for five minutes of counseling and became dissatisfied.

Dr. Anna Avaliani, MD: Destroys Patients’ Lives & Unprofessional Employees

The patient said that at my next visit, Alex, Dr. Anna’s assistant, measured my weight in my shoes. Dr. Anna ordered me to remove my shoes for my initial weigh-in as I was simply wearing a t-shirt and pants.

Just shoes and additional clothing might make up for a one to two-pound weight difference! I warned Dr. Anna about this and challenged her to go into further detail about the entire event in a private message on Instagram, but she put me on hold.

Yes, that is true; the patient claimed that she saw my messages and ignored them. Any sane expert would provide a minimal response, but I think she understands my error and is okay with it. My money is with someone, and that’s all that matters. I’m currently making an effort to get my money back through my bank card company.

The Bottom Line

Lastly, Dr. Anna Avaliani, MD, is a surgeon I think you should stay away from. Her achievements in her career are being questioned. She uses dishonest advertising methods to promote her business and herself, and she has a lot of bad online reviews.

All things considered, it is best to avoid this specific woman. New York City offers a wide range of services. For any cosmetic procedures, you are not required to depend on this surgeon. She would most likely leave you with unfavorable outcomes and a failed facial treatment.

  • I absolutely agree: “Avoid this clinic”. I’ve recently received laser (picosurf) treatment with Anna Avaliani. The result was horrible (i.e., damaged skin), but no refund of the remaining balance. No constructive discussion either. I am now considering next steps I could make…
