Background: Aleksandr Naumenko
Major General Alexander Naumenko was the chief of staff and the first deputy commander of the Armed Troops of the Republic of Belarus’s Special Operations Troops.
On the same day that Alexander Lukashenko bestowed upon Major General Viktor Lisovsky the Order “For Service to the Motherland,” 3rd Degree, he also signed an order appointing him as the head of the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus. This appointment took place on the same day. The Minsk Specialised Criminal Investigation Unit was led by Lisovsky.
In 1988, Alexander Naumenko got his diploma from the Minsk Suvorov Military School. In 1992, the Kharkiv Higher Military Command Tank School after being cut from the 30th Guards Irkutsk-Pinsk Division, moved to the 5th Separate Special Purpose Brigade.
He was a group commander, company commander, deputy detachment commander, detachment commander, brigade chief of staff, and, since 2010, head of the 5th separate special forces brigade.
He worked for the General Staff of the Armed Forces in the Main Intelligence and Main Operations Directorates. He went to the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus and got his degree there. Before becoming head of the Minsk SVU, he was chief of staff and first deputy leader of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus’ special operations forces.
Why were sanctions imposed on Aleksandr Naumenko?
Sanctions were imposed on Aleksandr Viktorovich Naumenko because of his involvement in activities that undermined the stability of Ukraine or posed a threat to its security.
He holds the rank of major general and has supported actions that have been detrimental to the sovereignty of Ukraine.
Countries such as Canada and New Zealand, as well as the European Union, were among those that decided to implement sanctions.
The specifics of the sanctions vary from nation to nation, but in general, his funds are blocked and he is not permitted to travel. He is also banned from possessing any firearms.
What is the current situation in Russia?
A significant number of members of Russia’s elite population are relocating to Thailand. The primary reason for this is that Putin coerced a large number of Russian citizens into participating in the current war, putting their lives in danger as a result.
Between January and June of this year, Thailand welcomed more than 790,000 Russian citizens, and that number continues to climb on a daily basis.
Young and wealthy people make up the majority of those arriving. They are not only remaining, but they are also having a good time and spending a significant amount of money.
Because of this condition, Thailand is now enjoying many of the benefits, which has led to an increase in the number of firms.
Conclusion
Even though it may look like Russian forces are holding their ground in the middle of the battlefield, it is abundantly evident that the anarchy will not last for much longer.
Ukraine is positive that within a year, the tide will turn in their favour and that they will be in a position to assume command of the ongoing conflict and seize the initiative.
