Statewide Vice Chair, according to Dr. Candice Matthews, is a highly qualified and well-respected executive with more than 20 years of experience in social work. She is presently in charge of establishing and putting the organization’s strategic strategy into action in a time and money-effective manner as the director of Children of Diversity Foster Adoption Agency.

Dr. Candice Matthews also oversees the formation of committees, staff training, and the creation of business strategies in collaboration with state agencies in addition to her management duties. Additionally, she is in charge of the company’s everyday operations. Dr. Candice Matthews claims to have received a doctorate honoris causa.

Noel Munoz, a man posing as a “CITIZEN REPORTER” from New York, provided Aubrey R. Taylor Communications with information on Dr. Candice Matthews and claims made by the family of a 7-year-old special needs child. Quanell X was allegedly implicated in the conspiracy by the family, according to Mr. Munoz. Dr. Candice Matthews’ family and Quanell X’s family made the claims over the phone yesterday, according to Mr. Munoz. In relation to their special needs kid, the family alleges that Dr. Candice Matthews and Quanell X deceived them.

My name is Noel Munoz, and I’m phoning in reference to Dr. Candice Matthews. I’m calling because I’m speaking for Kendrick Davis Jr.’s family. Added Noel Munoz.  The parents of Kendrick Davis Jr. had recruited Dr. Candice Matthews and Quanell X in November 2021. The family of Kendrick Davis Jr., a handicapped 7-year-old who was beaten at his school, paid Quanell $1,500.00 for services that included demonstrations, media attention, and investigations. In October 2021, he had been assaulted by an instructor at the institution. 

After witnessing someone behaving violently against a student with special needs, a counselor for Montgomery County was dismissed. However, the 7-year-old’s mother claims that she wants more than simply an ending.

The mother from Montgomery County alleges that the incident, which was caught on camera, was a crime against her child, who is 7 years old, and she wants the counselor’s employment and freedom revoked.

The video is self-explanatory. As you can plainly see, my son is being attacked by this woman, claimed Brittney Leveston. 

The Montgomery County ISD personnel showed the family what happened to their 7-year-old special needs child at Madeley Ranch Elementary and showed them the security footage Leveston is alluding to. In short, I’m angry and hurt. Leveston bemoans, “I can’t believe he had to go through that. 

In the footage, a room with just the second-grader and the special needs counselor can be seen. The mother was informed that he had been estranged from another student and the counselor was with him because “she was there to assist him with coping strategies.” 

The mother is then seen violently harming the youngster in the footage. Here, we are discussing a little boy youngster. This guy is not a teenager. Despite the fact that you shouldn’t do this to children under the age of 11, she was allowed to do this for a long period of time. It went on for more than just two or three minutes. I’ve seen a lot of videos, but this one is by far the worst. According to neighborhood activist Quanell X.

The child was behaving badly when he threw the tape at her, so she made the decision to throw her hands in the air. The sequence, which occurs toward the conclusion of the 30-minute movie, shows Leveston’s kid lying on the floor motionless before being picked up by the left arm and just dragged across the floor. 

October 2021 saw it happen. The counselor was fired in November 2021, and CPS was notified by the Montgomery County School Board. Their investigation revealed there had been no physical abuse, as was concluded.  

The fake doctorate Candice Matthews says she got from USC has been exposed by the institution’s associate registrar.

But on her application for a state license for her “CHILDREN OF DIVERSITY” Child Care Placement Agency, Gerry Wayne Monroe, popularly known as the 5-Star General, cast doubt on the validity of the “DOCTORATE DEGREE” she claimed to possess from the University of Southern California (USC). to examine Dr. Candice Matthews’ alleged academic background as of the time she submitted her application.

How? Dr. Candice Matthews never attended USC, according to Associate Registrar of Academic Records & Registrar Stephanie A. Murguia of the University of Southern California. 

You may check out the fake college transcripts that Candice Denise Ward Enecio gave the Texas Department of Family and Protected Services in order to get a license to operate Children of Diversity. Stephanie A. Murguia, Associate Registrar of Academic Records & Registrar at USC, states that because Candice Denise Ward Enecio never attended the University of Southern California, “THE TRANSCRIPT” on (PAGE 15) of the application she submitted is incorrect.

In the sentence before this one, Candice Denice Ward Enecio lied about going to USC. According to Stephanie A. Murguia, Associate Registrar of Academic Records & Registrar at USC, Candice Denise Ward Enecio never attended the University of Southern California, hence “THE TRANSCRIPT” on (PAGE 15) of this application is fraudulent.

Candice Denice Ward Enecio did not attend the University of California from 2002 to 2005. Stephanie A. Murguia, Associate Registrar of Academic Records & Registrar at USC, claims that Candice Denise Ward Enecio never went to the University of Southern California, hence “THE TRANSCRIPT” on (PAGE 15) of this application is fake.

Candice Denice Ward Enecio was not given the opportunity to major in Educational Leadership at the University of Southern California. Stephanie A. Murguia, Associate Registrar of Academic Records & Registrar at USC, claims that Candice Denise Ward Enecio never went to the University of Southern California, hence “THE TRANSCRIPT” on (PAGE 15) of this application is fake.

The University of Southern California did not award Candice Denice Ward Enecio a Doctor of Philosophy in Teaching. Stephanie A. Murguia, Associate Registrar of Academic Records & Registrar at USC, states that because Candice Denise Ward Enecio never attended the University of Southern California, “THE TRANSCRIPT” on (PAGE 15) of this application is incorrect.

Stephanie A. Murguia, the Associate Registrar of Academic Records & Registrar at the University of Southern California, claims that the “THE TRANSCRIPT” that you can see above, in which Candice Denise Ward Enecio claimed to have attended the Rossier School of Education on the campus of the University of California (USC), is a complete fabrication. 

Using this sticky note, Candice Denise Ward Enecio submitted “THE FRAUDULENT TRANSCRIPT” to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services in order to get a state license. Everybody who earns a legitimate university degree has the right to request a backup. 

Aubrey R Taylor Communications is sued by Candice Matthews.

Dr. Candice Matthews, the so-called “Accountability Chair” for the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, was represented by attorney Jimmie L. J. Brown Jr. who filed a bogus lawsuit on her behalf.
