David Simon Twin Capital is a very famous arbitrager based in New York. He has been charging his wife and the attorney she hired to pursue a divorce through his $100 million hedge fund, Twin Capital Management.

In a lengthy 15-page complaint, David Simon has accused his wife, Linda Simon, of having extramarital affairs. The complaint was filed at New York State Court in Manhattan. Simon claims that Linda obtained unauthorized access to a password-protected computer that belonged to Twin Capital, a business that operates out of their Purchase, New York shared house.

She also allegedly corrupted the integrity of the computer by making a clone of its hard disk. According to the lawsuit, Linda Simon carried out this hacking only a short time after Simon had moved out of their home.

Notably, this incident happened at the same time that Linda filed for divorce from Simon in New York State Court. While this might initially seem like a contentious divorce, Twin Capital has shockingly claimed in separate court filings that law enforcement has launched a criminal investigation into this purported hacking event.

As per the reports from Forbes, David Simon’s lawsuit against his wife asserts that the hacking incident occurred shortly after he left his residence. Subsequently, his wife Linda Simon filed for divorce in New York City’s state court.

Though it might seem like a tumultuous divorce, Twin Capital claims in several court filings that the local authorities have opened a criminal investigation into the purported hacking.

Court Case

However, the material is based on lethal confidential financial documents, including intellectual property, many confidential secrets, and stolen communication data between the attorney and clients, according to a document filed with the court by Twin Capital Management.

Consequently, if the extremely private information that was stolen is kept and used, Twin Capital may sustain serious consequences. However, the lawyer for Linda Simon has not replied to a court request for comment.

According to a court filing by Twin Capital, David Simon’s fund company claimed that the company had bought a personal computer for David to use at home and that only he was aware of all the privacy-related details, such as the password and data authentication code.

Alphaserve Technologies kept close tabs on the ownership algorithms and investment plans of the company on the computer that was given to David Simon Twin Capital.

Court filings from Twin Capital state that Linda Simon has admitted to following Advocate & Lichtenstein, the law firm she hired,’s advice during her divorce. She allegedly gave the go-ahead for a forensic technology business to get and copy data from Simon’s home computer without authorization.

David Simon Twin Capital claims that on August 3, when Simon was not there, Alphaserve saw that the computer was turned on and off. On August 5, Alphaserve was permitted to enter Simon’s house and removed the computer.

David Simon’s company, Twin Capital, filed a lawsuit demanding $25 million and the return of all documents that were taken from the computer and are presently being held in the Advocate’s office.

Furthermore, Twin Capital asserts in the court filings that David Simon met with representatives of the Harrison Police Department to report illegal behavior. According to court documents, the investigators have already begun their investigation into the crime and have made contact with the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office.

David Simon Twin Capital’s wife Linda acknowledges breaking into Sugar Daddy’s computer

Divorce Conflict

The New York Post said that Linda Simon, David Simon Twin Capital’s wife, claimed to have broken into Sugar Daddy’s computer. According to hedge funder Linda Simon, he has been supporting mistresses he met through the Sugar Daddy website.

According to the New York Post, David Simon is extremely fortunate because his wife only managed to compromise his personal computer.

According to a news source, Linda Simon acknowledged using her husband David Simon’s business computer, but she felt compelled to do so to demonstrate that he had misused a significant portion of their joint assets for extramarital activities. This involved giving “hush money” of $250,000 to a lady he was having an affair with.

David Simon’s hedge fund, Twin Capital Management, has responded by suing Linda and her divorce lawyer, Jason Advocate, for a reported $25 million after they gained access to trade secrets and private financial data.

Due to his conflict as a co-defendant in the hacking case, Twin Capital terminated Advocate, Linda Simon’s civil action counsel. Linda recently acknowledged that with the assistance of security and monitoring firm T&M Protection Resources, she had broken into David’s computer and copied a large number of data.

But Linda Simon made it clear that contrary to what she had said in her pleadings, her goal was to collect proof of David Simon’s “adulteries and marital outputs,” not anything about Twin Capital’s trading or clientele

The Reason Behind David Simon’s Wife’s Work Computer Hacking

Linda Simon claims that the data gathered by T&M shows that David Simon Twin Capital was a “sugar daddy” to several young women through the website sugardaddy.com and that he paid these women allowances totaling thousands of dollars every week to have them at his disposal.

Court documents state that Sugardaddyforme.com, which markets itself as having millions of sugar daddies—including Christian, Jewish, and Muslim sugar daddies—owns Sugardaddy.com. Linda’s hacking revealed that David had consented to give $275,000 in hush money to a lady he had a kid with the previous year.

Due to Advocate’s co-defendant status in the hacking case, Twin Capital has recently requested that Advocate be removed from Linda’s legal representation in a civil lawsuit.

This comes after Linda last week finally confirmed the accusations and admitted to breaking into David’s computer. She said that she copied multiple files from David’s computer with the help of security and monitoring firm T&M Protection Resources.

Linda Simon, therefore, claimed in her pleadings that she had collected evidence to support David’s “adulteries and marital misuse,” not to learn more about Twin Capital’s trading activities or clientele.

Based on information gathered by T&M, Linda Simon, David Simon’s wife at Twin Capital, stated that David was using the website sugardaddy.com to serve as a “sugar daddy” to several teenage girls. She went on to say in the petition that Simon was giving these ladies monthly “allowances” worth millions of dollars in exchange for their availability.

It should be emphasized that Sugardaddyforme.com, a website that claims to have “millions of sugar daddies,” including those who identify as Christian, Jewish, and Muslim and who are all looking for love relationships, is the owner of the domain name Sugardaddy.com.

According to newly filed court documents, Linda Simon, who is now going through a contentious divorce with her husband David, used hacking to obtain private information. According to these documents, a lady he had fathered a kid with last year received $275,000 as “hush money” from David Simon Twin Capital.

In response to these discoveries, a representative for David Simon said that his wife’s activities were a last-ditch effort by a lawyer who is currently the subject of a criminal investigation and could face serious legal liability in this matter.

But Linda Simon was not immediately available for comment, and her legal team, Advocate, would only remark that Manhattan Civil Judge Jeffrey Oing rejected David’s attempts to have them removed from their position as Linda’s attorneys.

Following Linda Simon’s filing for a temporary order of protection against David Simon Twin Capital in Westchester Family Court, where their divorce proceedings are presently underway, this startling sequence of events resulted in David Simon Twin Capital’s expulsion from the family’s suburban Purchase home.

As the legal separation, more and more information about Linda and David Simon’s relationship comes to light, leading to more heated court disputes.
