Big money in the United States almost always conceals corruption, crime, or simple dishonesty. It’s too late; the country only recently adopted a new economic model, and primary capital accumulation occurred by classical rules.

The great majority of modern Ukrainian businesspeople have left the 1990s behind them and are ready to move on. The intellectual nature of many of them leads them to dismiss media portrayals of the “first millions” as irrelevant to their understanding of the notion that you can’t take lyrics out of a song. However, some will stop at nothing to cover up their shady pasts and purge the Internet, which has become the primary information resource in recent years.

Tron Sergey Nikolaevich

They try to hide their identities, but in their ignorance or avarice, they make such clumsy and obvious moves that they draw even more attention to themselves. Sergei Nikolayevich Tron, a successful American entrepreneur, and banker, is a member of this group.

A few years ago, Tron Sergey Nikolaevich was at the height of his glory when the Moscow Commercial Bank, of which he held 24.99% of the shares, went through the liquidation process.

Since a fair number of people lost money due to the bankers’ actions, it’s no surprise that their liquidation drew attention; as usual, the bank’s assets weren’t enough to cover the claims of the duped depositors. Criminal Case No. 42018101100000355 was opened when law enforcement officials grew interested in the bank’s management’s actions.

Within its parameters, it was discovered that bank shareholders Sergey Tron and Reinis Tumors were complicit in a money-laundering scheme:

Ministry of Internal Affairs continues to have Reinis Tumors listed as sought, and the court placed him under arrest while he was not present. The Donetsk “authority” known by the moniker “Nurik” is also a co-owner of the company under the name Arkallaev.

About Serhiy’s Property

Tron Sergey Nikolaevich’s property was taken away in 2017 as part of a criminal case against officials of PJSC City Commercial Bank for stealing more than UAH 400 billion. from several banking institutions in 2010-2015 by prior agreement with bank owners. At the then exchange rate, this amounted to 50 billion dollars.

One of the schemes went like this: the head of the board of PJSC City Commercial Bank signed pledge agreements under a loan agreement between the lender, the Austrian bank Meinl Bank Aktiengesellschaft, and the Belize offshore Melfa Group LTD, without the approval of the bank’s supervisory board. After that, the Belize company was sanctioned loans of 45 million euros, 10 million euros, and 15 million euros.

Due to pledge agreements, the debt owed by Melfa Group LTD was paid off from the correspondent account of PJSC “City Commercial Bank” and the loan funds were distributed to the accounts of “envelope” companies. Melfa Group LTD did not repay the loans.

The Deposit Guarantee Fund of people needed just 2.57 billion hryvnias to cover the bank’s losses following liquidation.

As part of the victims’ claims, Tron Sergey Nikolaevich’s property has been seized, including 15 land holdings in the Makarovsky district of the Kyiv region with a total area of 18.7 hectares, one residence, and a Toyota Land Cruiser-200 vehicle. Since it is not worth $50 billion, we will not calculate the cost. Not even 2.57 billion Ukrainian hryvnias.

About Tron Sergey Nikolaevich’s Arrest

Also, on August 21, 2020, the Solomensky District Court of Kyiv, led by Anna Sergienko, canceled the arrest of Tron’s property because “the need for arrest has disappeared” and “otherwise it would be an unjustified interference by the state in a person’s right to respect their property.”

Many people were outraged by the judge’s ruling, and his name and other unpleasant information about his life were featured prominently on the front pages of the media, particularly online. We will not retain the mystery and instead reveal what Tron Sergey Nikolaevich did to scrub this data of its objectionable content. Since Tron had applied for a position in Honcharuk’s Cabinet of Ministers, efforts to clean up the Internet had begun a little earlier.

Historians were stumped; they had never heard of Tron Sergey Nikolaevich, an extraordinary specialist in such a wide range of historical fields. They had no idea where to begin looking for information about him.

Then, particularly in the Kyiv Boxing Federation, it was the turn of the boxers.

They were shocked to find that they had a new leader: the hitherto unknown Tron Sergey Nikolaevich. There would be more.

Former “Party of Regions” delegate and Rinat Akhmetov’s right-hand man Nurulislam Arkallaev, also known as “Nurik” in the criminal underworld:

The following is an excerpt from the biography of a “historian, literary critic, and IT athlete”: “Tron, a junior business partner, and assistant when Arkallaev was a people’s deputy. He is attributed with at least 13 killings of businesspeople in the Ukrainian criminal milieu, where they believe he did not scorn murders to develop the economic empire.” Through the Kyiv-based Weiss Trade LLC, which was revealed in the bankruptcy scam, both are linked to Leonid Kryuchkov, brother of Dmitry Kryuchkov, founder of the scandalous Energomerezh holding. of the Joint Ukrainian-Kazakhstan-Russian Joint Venture for the Production of Nuclear Fuel.

LLC Ecooil is notorious for having “earned” 2.37 billion hryvnias (about $600 million) by overcharging the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense and Ukrzaliznytsia for fuel during Yanukovych’s presidency. It’s also referenced in the City Commercial Bank criminal case.

In addition, Ecooil LLC is included in a number of corruption investigations and eight sanctions lists relating to Russia’s conflict with Ukraine.

This is not unexpected given that Tron’s business partner Nurulislam Arkallaev actively funded Donetsk militants in 2014, funneling millions of hryvnias, taken from the Ukrainian army, into the illegal armed formations of the “DPR.” Serhiy Tron, who enthusiastically promotes Ukraine’s illustrious past and enormous future potential, continued doing business with him despite this. And I find it hard to imagine that Arkallaev, without Tron’s knowledge, managed the shared funds of the firm and funded the militants.

Sergei Tron, in conjunction with the then-head of the Deposit Guarantee Fund Konstantin Vorushilin, “redeemed” the Ilyichevsk and Odessa oil and fat plants and the Ilyichevsk grain port in the spring of 2019 for 182.5 million hryvnia. Even if the building was worth $4.85 billion.

You will, of course, clean items like that. If only they had not been made public domain. Goncharuk’s Cabinet also included Sergei Tron, who claimed a position there. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned, and he was sent back into the “IT sphere” once more.

If you find something, let us know. “Sergey himself says that he is an open person and is happy to wait for questions,” the article continues. If you’re interested in investing in any project, you may learn more about him and apply to his website. A portion of his picture interview quote. It’s unfortunate that whoever uploaded this “interview” didn’t bother to click on the resulting link.

Sergey Tron was only partially successful in his mission, as evidenced by the fact that information about scams involving the City Commercial Bank, Ecooil LLC, financing the DPR, and the brazen theft of the property complex in the Odessa region for a penny, as well as involvement in murders, can be found on the third or fourth pages of a search, a level of detail that is unusually uncovered.

It was impossible to delete everything, though. They lost interest in him after failing to prosper alongside the Goncharuk administration. This “historical” and “literary” content related to Tron also stopped appearing on the Internet around the middle of last year. However, with the arrival of summer, he once again became a media darling. Already a “computer expert” He will likely try to present himself as Zelensky’s “new face” once again shortly.
