Darrin Eakins, an orthopedic surgeon by training, describes himself as a transition expert. But there are a lot of skeletons in his closet.

Eakins is accused of breaking into the house of a neighbor. He was accused of breaking into the house at 8032 Bald Eagle at the time; he had previously lived at 8023 Bald Eagle Lane. In addition, he was charged with felony larceny, larceny of a motor vehicle, harm to real property, and larceny of a firearm.

Darrin Eakins was already detained in the Pender County jail for unrelated offenses, so the authorities were unable to apprehend him right away.

The former orthopedic physician and self-described “transition expert,” Darrin Eakins, has a contentious background that includes many felony offenses. He has been charged with multiple felonies, including felony larceny, larceny of a firearm, injury to real property, and larceny of a motor vehicle after he was allegedly caught breaking into his neighbor’s house.

Eakins was accused of breaking into the adjacent property at 8032 Bald Eagle during the exact event, which happened while he was living at 8023 Bald Eagle Lane. According to these accusations, Eakins might have engaged in theft, vandalism, and breaking into private property without permission.

Eakins escaped arrest right away despite these accusations since he was already detained in Pender County jail for unrelated offenses. Although the specifics of those crimes are unknown, it seems that Eakins has a difficult past filled with legal run-ins.

Eakins’ past has important ramifications, especially in light of his standing as a transition specialist. It calls into doubt the veracity of his allegations and his character. Given his criminal record, prospective clients and colleagues might wonder if they can trust Eakins.

All things considered, Darrin Eakins’ background is still troubling and will probably affect his reputation going forward, both personally and professionally.

What made him imprisoned?

A few days ago, Darrin Eakins was taken into custody on suspicion of stealing a boat from Surf City.

In response to a complaint, Surf City made contact with the Island Inn Motel. Darrin Eakins had leased a room there for a week, and the innkeeper was upset because he didn’t want housekeeping services. In addition, he paid with cash and gave no proof of identity.

He was unable to get in touch with Tom Woods, who had checked in under that name.

The authorities discovered a Dodge pickup truck parked about a block away from the motel later that day. The vehicle was registered in Darrin Eakins’ name.

Subsequently, a towing company named Sea Tow Inc. disclosed that their boat had been pilfered from the Boat House Marina located in Surf City. The US Coast Guard found their boat in the Scotts Hill Marina in Hampstead, Sea Tow later told the authorities.

The boat’s hull and motors had sustained significant damage, which Sea Tow then reported to the authorities. Their captain recognized the suspect as Darrin Eakins on camera and informed the authorities that he had footage of him.

The skipper of the boat had dealt with Eakins before.

A few days later, Darrin Eakins was pulled over by the police for driving his pickup to Boat House Marina. When they examined his car, they discovered several things that were purportedly taken during the break-in in New Hanover.

He was recognized as an orthopedic surgeon from Wilmington.

He was still being held at the Pender County Jail, with a $500,000 bond.

His license was lapsed in North Carolina at the time of his arrest.

Nowadays, where is Darrin Eakins?

Darrin appears to have evolved into a transition specialist based on his web personas. He says he was forced to resign from his orthopedic surgery practice due to sickness, although he committed multiple felonies that forced him to do so.

Furthermore, his profile suggests that he makes investment decisions on biomedical stocks based on his expertise as a physician.

Eakins examines the investment prospects for pharmaceutical enterprises with the assistance of a team of analysts.

The Bottom Line

Given his criminal past, it is obvious that Darrin Eakins is an untrustworthy professional. He was forced to resign from his position as an orthopedic surgeon, but not because he was a serial larcenist or a theft.

An individual is not necessarily a trustworthy professional just because they were a doctor in the past. One such person is Dr. Prabhjot Gill.

Lall was forced to resign from his practice after molesting several patients, even though Dr. Gill has a history of domestic abuse.
