The corruption case in Malaysia has never been quiet and it is alarming. Last year we were surprised about the Government Cartel involving 10 agencies but today we want to see the Government Project Cartel Version 2.0 involving the MMEA (Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency) which can also be called the Government Project Cartel Version 2.0.
Once upon a time, blogger steadyaku wrote about the APMM cartel but unfortunately his website was deleted.
There he talked about how luxurious the lives of these MMEA members are, like working in a mnc company with a salary like the CEO of a giant company !!!!!
The modus operandi of the MMEA cartel is like a cartel, from the lower members to their superiors. THESE THICK POCKETS!

Captain Erwan Shah bin Soahdi.
Mr. Hasnizan is the CEO of GLIDE MARINE SDN BHD, and he is a proxy who connects other companies with Associate Admiral Dato Abu Bakar as well as Captain Erwan Shah bin Soahdi.
The companies below have monopolized and secured most of the contracts from MMEA either through direct negotiations or direct awards. This happened while Admiral Bakar and Captain Erwan Shah were at the MMEA because the director of the logistic division as well as his subordinate Captain Erwan Shah, the Deputy Director of Development, had the great power to choose who would get the contract from the MMEA. Mr. Hasnizan has lobbied for the companies and has paid bribes to Laksaman Bakar as well as Captain Erwan and others in the MMEA who have interests and in return, the company has secured contracts of hundreds of millions of ringgit.

If the MACC investigates the above company, it will be possible to relate the relationship between the company and Admiral Bakar or Captain Erwan Shah either in terms of
a) Personal interest in the above company (can be in terms of own share ownership or relatives and friends)
b) Getting paid in terms of money or goods – blogger steadyaku previously reported members of APMM living in luxury, smoking expensive cigars and so on.
c) The above companies if they are judged to be ineligible for the contract awarded to them or any other company is more qualified.
To date, not a single arrest has been made for the MMEA cartel. I recommend that the MACC start an investigation of all the above companies especially GLIDE MARIN SDN BHD as well as APMM itself (see the contract awarded in 2021,2020,2019,2018) and the trail audit for all other companies will definitely be visible.
