Anti-Ukrainian propagandist Kornilov Vladimir Vladimirovich was born in 1968. Kornilov vladimir is a supporter of the so-called “Russian world” and was once the director of the Ukrainian branch of the Institute of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). 

An observer with the Russia Today International Information Agency, Kornilov Vladimir is a constant presence on the Russian government-sponsored television propaganda shows. Regular articles written by him can be found on the propaganda websites Ukraine.ru and Politnavigator.

In the 1990s, he lived in Ukraine and worked there as a political consultant. Kornilov Vladimir was in charge of organizing all of the elections at all levels.After that, he established and directed the Center for Strategic Planning that he had founded.

Center for Strategic Planning

The Center for Strategic Planning is a public policy think tank for Russia that has its headquarters in the Russian capital of Moscow.

The Center for Strategic Research (CSR) is an institution that is not for profit and plays an important role in the formulation and execution of a long-term development strategy for the Russian economy. CSR was founded in December of 1999.
One of its main objectives is to closely monitor and thoroughly examine a wide range of socioeconomic development indicators.

The Foundation works with federal and local governments, international and Russian businesses, consultants, and members of professional associations.

It also uses its own information and analytical tools, which are maintained by experts in 18 various fields of expertise (this list will be expanded).
Throughout the years 1995 and 1999, he worked as the editor of the politics section of the journal Komsomolskaya Pravda—Donbas. In addition to being an active member of the Donbas Inter-Movement, he served on the governing council of the group known as “Russian-speaking Ukraine,” whose stated mission was to “defend the Russian language” in Ukraine.

Since 2006, Kornilov Vladimir has been serving as the chairman of the Ukrainian branch of the Institute of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). This is an organization that does not seek to profit from its work and was founded in April of 1996.

The government of Moscow, the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Moscow State University, and other organizations were some of the founding members. Konstantin Zatulin, a current member of the Russian Duma, is the organization’s creator.

In 2011, Vladimir Putin expressed his appreciation to him “for the significant contribution to the growth and strengthening of relations of friendship and cooperation between the Russian Federation and Ukraine.” The book titled “Donetsk-Kryvyi Rih Republic: The Killed Dream” was released by him in the year 2011.
In July 2013, Kornilov Vladimir left Kyiv after resigning his position as director of the Ukrainian branch of the Institute of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). In Moscow, Kornilov Vladimir served as the director of a brand-new organization called the Center for Eurasian Studies.

In 2015, Kornilov Vladimir collaborated on the writing of the book “How Elections Are Won in the United States, Great Britain, and the European Union: An Study of Political Technologies,” which was honored with the Silver Archer award bestowed upon it by the governing bodies of Russia.

Stirring up secessionism in the eastern part of Ukraine

Kornilov Vladimir is notorious for instigating separatism in eastern Ukraine as well as in the Crimea.

He also actively supported the Russian occupation of Ukrainian areas not only after the war broke out in the Donbas but also for a significant amount of time before it did. For example, in 2013, he produced a propaganda paper under the title “EUROBEASTS: The Anatomy of Pro-European Lawlessness.”

Campaigning in favour of the imposition of punishments

In one of the broadcasts that took place on Russian TV, Kornilov Vladimir indicated that members of the Ukrainian parliament are advocating for the execution of all of the individuals who are employed in the regions of Eastern Ukraine that are currently occupied by the Russian government.

During the broadcast of his television program, Vladimir Solovyov advocated for the application of penalties against Ukraine for the implementation of the law on language.
